TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

List Ready Media ("The Provider") agrees to provide real estate photography, measurement, and media services to the booking agent or homeowner ("The Client").

By booking a service, The Client agrees to these terms.

2. PAYMENT & BOOKING

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.

Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of assets.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrival / No Access: If the photographer arrives and cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment will be considered a "No Show" and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. PROPERTY READINESS

"Shoot Ready" Condition: The property must be photo-ready upon the photographer's arrival. The photographer will not declutter, move furniture, or clean.

As-Is Policy: If the property is not ready, the photographer will shoot the property "as-is" to maintain the schedule.

4. WEATHER POLICY (The "Blue Sky" Rule)

We do not cancel appointments due to weather (rain, clouds, or snow).

We provide Blue Sky Replacement editing on all exterior photos at no extra cost.

If The Client chooses to reschedule due to weather, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

Ownership: List Ready Media retains all copyright and ownership of the photos and media.

License: The Client is granted a License to Use the media for the marketing of the specific property listing.

Duration: This license is valid for the duration of the listing. Once the property is sold or the listing expires, the license expires.

Non-Transferable: Images cannot be sold or given to third parties (e.g., builders, stagers, or other agents) without written permission from List Ready Media.

6. RMS MEASUREMENTS

Accuracy: Measurements are conducted in accordance with the RECA Residential Measurement Standard (RMS).

Liability: While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, List Ready Media is not liable for minor discrepancies. The Client (Listing Agent) is ultimately responsible for verifying all measurements before publishing on MLS.

7. TRAVEL

Our flat rates apply to properties within the Calgary city limits. Listings in Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, or Okotoks incur a flat $50 travel surcharge.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless List Ready Media from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the images or services provided.
